How we collect, use and protect your family's information. Because our work involves the health of the people you love, we treat what you share with the same seriousness as the care itself.

Information we collect
Contact information — your name, phone number, email address and home address, collected when you submit an enquiry, request a callback or make a booking.
Patient health information — the patient's name, age, gender, medical condition and special requirements that you provide during booking. We collect only what is needed to plan safe, appropriate care and to brief the assigned caregiver or nurse.
Service records — booking history, schedules, care notes and payment records generated while we serve you.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries and confirm bookings; to create and manage a personalised care plan for the patient; to match, brief and supervise the caregivers and nurses assigned to you; to send service confirmations and updates by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp; to generate invoices and process payments; and to improve our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Health-data confidentiality
Patient health information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis: with the care team assigned to the patient, their supervising coordinator, and where you ask us to, the patient's own doctor or hospital.
Our caregivers and nurses are bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of their engagement with us.
Data retention
We keep service records for as long as needed to provide care and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Security
Access to records is restricted to staff who need it for their role. We use encrypted connections for our website and keep our systems patched. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your family's information with the same seriousness as the care itself.
